POOL GUIDELINES + REMINDER:
There are always questions raised about “children at the pool” so we wanted to let everyone be aware of the rules and guidelines (also posted at the pool).
The pool area is a Non-Smoking Area & Be advised there are working cameras around amenities
Our pool is a "No lifeguard on duty pool", swim at your own risk and supervise your children closely! There is no county, state, or federal law that defines age or age limit for “children at the pool” supervised or unsupervised. Please follow the below guidelines and stay safe!

In addition to the guidelines below, we'd like to share some noticeable concerns around the recent use of the pool. Umbrellas are being opened and used but not being closed at the end of the day. Because of this, we've found them in the pool & upside down on the ground, which will ruin them very quickly. One evening at least 30 toys/articles were left behind, in the pool, by homeowners. Please help us keep the pool area free of personal items. Also a reminder that if you bring your own speaker for music be courteous of others trying to enjoy the pool and be considerate as there are usually young children around as well.

1. If you bring something, please take it with you when you leave or place it in the trash, otherwise, it will be discarded. If you use the tables, chairs, and umbrellas, please leave these items clean and set them nicely and orderly for the next visitors to enjoy.

2. If trash is full, residents should place the trash in the garbage bins by the clubhouse in the parking lot rather than overflowing the trash bins in the pool area. The cleaners will try to remember to leave extra bags for us too, however they come once a week during the summer months and one a month in the winter months.

3. Last, but certainly not least, please use your fobs or phone app to enter the pool every time. Residents have been seen lifting their children over the fence to push the button in order to open the gate and others have opened or held the gate open for others. It is important that we have accurate usage records.
Thank you in advance for your help in caring for our amenities. In doing so, we keep our dues as low as possible as we only have a weekly cleaning service for the restrooms and the emptying of the trash cans.
